Rules

We will request a $500 damage deposit to cover any HOA fines, damages or missing inventory, and excess electric billing over $200.
$75 for each missing parking tag. Snap a picture of the keys and parking tags and send in messages as part of departure duties to confirm return,
No pets allowed in Court/Pool yard, and must be on leash at all times except at the dog park. A violation fine will be imposed if rules are broken.
