Rules

We will request a $500 damage deposit to cover any HOA fines, damages or missing inventory, and excess electric billing over $200.
$75 for each missing parking tag. Please return them when checking out.
No pets allowed in Court/Pool yard, and must be on leash at all times except at the dog park. A violation fine will be imposed if rules are broken.

Relaxing grounds, close to shopping, over all exellent

The grounds are very clean, pool area is well maintained. The evening hours are very quiet bar a little happy hour noise in the hot tub. There are palm trees and citrus trees within the pool courtyard. The unit was easy to gain access, and well stocked with all you need for a good time. The locals are quite friendly and engaging. Shopping is just across the street. There is a dog park within the property that is fully fenced, where our pup met some new friends. I have not stayed any where else in Palm Springs area, but would highly recommend this little gem just the same.
