From one of two vistas, you can enjoy outdoor grilling and dining with spectacular mountain and greenbelt views.
Inside, this unit offers 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, and a fully stocked, updated kitchen with new appliances. The Living Room offers a flat screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating.
The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, private patio access, and elegantly remodeled en suite bath. The Guest Bedroom has a plush queen bed.
The very popular Mesquite Country Club offers golf, tennis, racquetball and all the amenities you'd expect, while situated in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Mesquite, is walking distance to many shops, restaurants and services at Ramon Road and Sunrise Way, as well as the Mizell Senior Center and the Palm Springs Library, and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs or the airport.
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
