The Space
Meiselman Palms preserves the architectural character that makes Palm Springs midcentury homes so distinctive. Vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, clerestory windows and an original block fireplace anchor the bright living area, while colorful furnishings bring a playful desert personality to the space. The gas fireplace is available for guest use, and the living room opens directly toward the pool and backyard.

The fully equipped galley kitchen includes a gas range, dishwasher, full-size appliances and dedicated coffee station. An adjacent dining area provides space for shared meals, while the home's split-bedroom layout places the primary suite apart from the two guest bedrooms for greater privacy. Central air conditioning, heating and high-speed Wi-Fi provide the everyday comforts needed for a relaxing stay.

Sleeping Arrangements
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom and direct backyard access
• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Guest Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Maximum overnight occupancy: 6 adults, and up to two children under age 12 do not count toward permitted adult occupancy.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is the centerpiece of Meiselman Palms. Mature hedges create a private setting around the large pool, with palms, umbrellas and multiple loungers completing the classic Palm Springs atmosphere. Guests can spread out between the covered sectional lounge, shaded dining area and open pool deck.

The poolside bar includes counter seating, running water and a refrigerator. A propane barbecue makes outdoor meals easy, and the primary bedroom offers direct slider access to the backyard. A separate pool room contains a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use.

Location
Meiselman Palms is located in Racquet Club Estates, one of Palm Springs' most recognizable midcentury neighborhoods. The home offers convenient access to downtown Palm Springs dining, shopping, nightlife, museums and entertainment while providing a private residential setting for relaxing between outings.

Parking
Parking is available for all three permitted guest vehicles. Two vehicles may park in the main driveway, with one additional vehicle accommodated in the circular driveway. There is no guest-accessible garage.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $750/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. If you are booking a stay during those dates, this will automatically be added to your booking total.

Dog Fees (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
There is a $199/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate.

We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
• November–March: $75/night
• April, May, October: $50/night
• Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice is required. When pool heat is purchased, we begin heating the pool the day before arrival at no additional charge.

Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
• 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
• No smoking inside home
• Renter must be 25+ years of age
• Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
