The condo is minutes away (pretty much walking distance) to a variety of restaurants, a Ralphs grocery store, a CVS pharmacy, and your choice of multiple coffee shops.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.

-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+ years of age
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Due to this being in a gated community, you will need to stop by an automated lockbox in downtown Palm Springs to retrieve community access cards.

Pleasant stay in an unbeatable locations

Cozy condo with convenient access to many local amenities (on property and in surrounding area). Love the “garden” setting and stunning views. Helpful and timely communication with Ryson team, as well as efficient check-in/-out processes enabled us to fully enjoy our holiday time. Thank you.
