    Have fun with friends and family at this stylish place. This home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and a large yard with private pool and spa. There is an outside dining area with fire pit. Wonderful mountain views and quiet residential street. Lots of off-street parking. Modern and clean. Minimum 28 night rental only. Guests will pay actual gas and electric usage, $1500/month Advance Utility Deposit is required.
