Welcome to Pineapple Splash! A bright, colorful, artist-styled Palm Springs home with your own private saltwater pool and spa, completely private backyard, and just minutes from Downtown's restaurants and shops.

THE SPACE
• Private saltwater pool (heating available) and spa (heat included)
• Outdoor grill area custom-painted by a local artist
• Shaded patio and pergola for lounging, dining and sunset drinks
• Kitchen remodeled in 2024
• Bright, airy living room with the signature egg chair
• Linens and towels provided

GOOD TO KNOW
• Pool heating: $85/day, October–May, with 24 hours' notice (not needed June–September). Spa heat included.
• Stays of 28+ nights: $1,500 refundable pool-heat deposit; only the actual gas used is charged
• Pets welcome by request, $100 per pet per stay
• Early check-in or late checkout on request, subject to availability
• Washer, dryer and garage available for stays of 30+ nights
• Pool service Wed & Sat mornings; landscaping Thursdays
• 2 exterior cameras (front door and backyard). No cameras inside.

HOUSE RULES (Palm Springs vacation rental law)
• Max 6 overnight guests (6 adults + 2 children 12 and under); max 10 during the day
• Lead guest must be 25+; ID and a signed rental agreement are required
• No parties or events; max 3 cars on the property
• Quiet hours 10pm–8am; no amplified music outdoors at any time (city fine $500)
• No smoking or vaping indoors; no illegal drugs anywhere on the property
• No glitter, please!
• Pool safety: no glass in the pool area, no diving, no lifeguard. The home is not childproof and the pool is not fenced from the house.
• Please keep the thermostat at 70°F or above, with doors and windows closed while the AC is on
• Before checkout: trash in the outdoor bins, dishes in the dishwasher and the cycle started
• No commercial photography or filming without prior arrangement
• No refunds for early departures
