• Please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping conversations and outdoor activities at reasonable levels, especially during evening hours.

• Street parking restrictions may apply. Please use designated parking areas whenever possible.

• City regulations are actively enforced, and violations may result in fines, eviction without refund, and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Safety & Liability
Your safety is important to us. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and agree to the following:
• The pool, spa, patios, outdoor areas, and all amenities are used entirely at the guest’s own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially around the pool and spa.

• No lifeguard is on duty.

• Running, diving, rough play, or unsafe behavior around the pool and spa is prohibited.

• Wet surfaces may become slippery.

• Guests assume responsibility for their own safety and for all members of their party.

• The owner and property manager are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings occurring during your stay, except where required by applicable law.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party beyond normal wear and tear.

• Please immediately report any maintenance or safety concerns so they can be addressed promptly.

• Use of the barbecue (if available), kitchen appliances, fire features, pool equipment, bicycles, games, and any other amenities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.

• Guests agree to comply with all posted property rules and all applicable Palm Springs vacation rental regulations.
