Lush Desert Living - Walking distance to Coachella

  • Luxurious desert living at it's finest! This 2600 sq. ft. newly renovated home boasts a backyard paradise with a large heated swimming pool/spa, generous sectional sofa, a 10-seater dining table, hammock, BBQ, and fire pit. Brand new beds and linens, a Chef's kitchen, pool table, board games and office nook. Conveniently located nearby to PGA West Golf, Coachella, Joshua Tree, shopping and restaurants. This home has it all! There is even an orange tree in the backyard! Lasting memories are made here!

    The space
    Every luxurious bedroom has brand new comfy beds, new high end pillows, duvets and crisp, white high thread count sheets.

    Main floor bedroom: King bed
    Primary bedroom: King bed and sofa bed
    Bedroom 3: King bed
    Bedroom 4: Queen bed and sofa bed
    (Crib/Playpen is also on site.)

    All three bathrooms are well stocked with towels, and shampoo/conditioner/soap dispensers in the showers.

    The kitchen has a breakfast station with everything you need to make the perfect morning coffee. The kitchen is well stocked so you can make great meals to enjoy and share with family and friends either at the indoor or outdoor 10 seater dining tables.

    A game room with a pool table and plenty of board games will definitely keep everyone happily entertained.

    The pool/spa heating is automated and controlled by remote for your convenience. Pool/spa heating is included with your stay at no extra charge.

    Guests have access to the entire home minus one closet designated for the cleaning crew.
