For added relaxation, an above-ground hot tub is available to enjoy under the stars.

Completely walled and gated, this home offers a serene and secure environment ideal for entertaining or unwinding. With ample outdoor seating in both sun and shade, guests can enjoy the best of Palm Springs' indoor-outdoor lifestyle in total comfort.

Stylish Interiors:

Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed with light walls, tile flooring throughout, and central air conditioning to keep the desert heat at bay. The living room offers a large smart TV and board games for casual entertainment, while the full kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, and all essential appliances for preparing everything from light snacks to gourmet meals.

Each of the three bedrooms is decorated for restful sleep and relaxation:

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
