Spacious and affordable 4-bedroom, 3½-bath home with pool, spa and mountain views in the south Palm Springs neighborhood of Indian Canyons.

Relax and unwind with family or friends at this comfortable, 2,900-square-foot 1967 retreat with heated pool, toasty spa and mountain views just steps from the public Indian Canyons golf course and grill! Airy and open with personal touches that reflect the owner’s love of Palm Springs, this property is within walking distance of popular spots including the Ace Hotel, Caliente Tropics, the Moorten Botanical Garden and Mr. Lyon’s restaurant. Awesome hiking is just steps away at Oswit Canyon and Indian Canyons.

Enter through the private walled front garden with mountain views, the perfect setting to take in quiet morning vistas of the San Jacinto peaks.

Once inside, enjoy the open concept, 600-square-foot, living-dining-media space with wall-to-wall windows to the pool.

Amenities include 85” smart TV, foosball table, dining table for 8 and counter bar. The large chef’s kitchen with deluxe stove, dual sinks, espresso machine, and large island makes meal preparation easy and social.

Outdoors, you’ll find a large and totally private outdoor space for socializing and relaxing. Enjoy the pool and hot tub/spa, outdoor shower, and Char-broil gas grill. 4 chaise lounges, 2 umbrellas and dining table for 8, plus other casual seating. During the warmer months, use the built-in misting system for a refreshing coolness. During fall and winter, you can pick fresh limes and oranges straight from the trees.

After a long day in the sunshine, retreat to one of four comfortable bedrooms:

Casita: King bed, 55” LG Smart TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Large sliding glass doors to garden and pool area. Private entrance from pool area/side yard. Ensuite bathroom with shower. Mini-split unit with AC/heat and ceiling fan. Nice private unit — great for the early risers or the night owls.

Master Bedroom: Ultimate couple's retreat with king bed, 75” Smart TV, mini-fridge, Keurig coffee maker, huge walk-in closet, ceiling fan and gorgeous Joshua Tree photo wall. Ensuite bathroom with rain shower large enough for 2. Enjoy late-night drinks or your morning coffee on your private patio.

Stay at Palms spring

The place was fabulous. We were 7 of us including kids between the age of 8-13. We used the pool and the hot tub without any issues. There were enough amenities like towels, dishes for cooking, games for kids to play, etc. We had a minor water leak in the kitchen and the owner came right over and got it fixed. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group to have their privacy and at the same time enjoy together in the common areas. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to stay in the pams spring area.
