The condo was more beautiful than the photos, very welcoming, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent- close to all the downtown action yet far enough away for a peaceful ambiance. The host was responsive to all our questions, very accommodating, and helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We are looking forward to staying here again.

This was one of our favorite vacation rentals and we hope to return. The condo is spacious, clean, well stocked, and comfortable with fun decor. It's in an excellent location with a five-minute walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very responsive hosts. Thank you for a great stay!
My journey to Palm Springs which was filled with many hiccups, so it was late when we arrived. There were a few concerns, so I contacted the property manager, who were very, very responsive and resolved these minor issues immediately. Very, very impressive, especially at the late hour!! Immediate problem resolution is incredible.The stay was great, the townhome is very comfortable and spacious. The parking was great (once we figured out that we needed to go down a side street to reach the space.) The short walk to downtown was perfect. I will definitely stay here again.
Perfect for us! Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Parking spot right next to condo entrance was a big plus, although please note that its on Lugo, right around the corner from W. Arenas. Very nice property! Will definitely recommend to friends!
Great property that's convenient to everything PS! Fun decor and within walking distance to so many places. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen including coffee and tea and the private patio area. Condo is in small, quiet complex with laundry and a designated parking spot. Would definitely reserve this unit again.
We stayed in this apartment for the entire month of February 2025. It was very conveniently located, in a quiet complex of eight units, and well-equipped. We suggest that you provide more bowls in the kitchen for folks like us who enjoy fruit and cereal for breakfast and lunch.
The location was perfect. You are in walking distance to antiques, restaurant/bars, grocery/liquor store, it was so convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, clean and safe feeling. We enjoyed the hot tub with drinks. The place is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook. The outdoor patio was cute and cozy to hear the birds in the morning. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of closet storage and en-suite bathroom amenities. We would stay again if visiting Palm Springs and would recommend it.
Fantastic location, very comfortable condo. One bed is firm (guest bed) & the other is very soft/cush, so nice to choose the one that works for you. Nice decor, very clean. Easy check in/out. I’d come back.
The stay was good even though it was soooo hot out. The checkin was made more difficult than it needed to be because of unclear key pad instructions. The pool area was a bit barren. I know it gets hot out but some greenery with automatic watering would have been nice. The pool was very refreshing.
We stayed for 9 weeks. There were positives and negatives. POSITIVES: The local agent was available when we contacted her. The location is GREAT - close to downtown, quiet complex, safe area, nice HOA President, clean laundry room. NEGATIVES: insufficient information at check-in (had the passcode, didn’t know to press check mark), the inkberry tree over our parking space made for a very messy stay - both droppings on our car and to walk by and track in, the unit doesn’t get enough radiant heat - it felt cold the entire stay, the ice-maker was completely jammed (we took it apart, cleaned it so it could work), the oven was not clean so when we first used it the smoke alarm went off, the microwave handle broke (it got temporarily fixed with duct tape), the bed in the master suite was uncomfortably high (measured 36” to the top of the mattress/linens), the shag rug in the master bedroom is disgustingly dirty, the lighting in the bedrooms weak, the lever in the shower in the guest bedroom is extremely hard to use - I ended up using a washcloth to twist it on and off, the upstairs windows need to be cleaned on the outside, the garbage disposal had a large build-up of mold under the rubber trap and overall, the unit needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained. We had previously stayed in the adjacent unit and the experience was entirely different. We assumed #8 would be the same and it clearly was not.
