This property has a private pool/spa that can be heated during your stay. The nightly rate for this option is $50 to heat to a standard temperature of 82 degrees. It is an additional $30/day to heat to 85 degrees and an additional $75/day to heat to 90 degrees. This is billed separately and must be confirmed and paid prior to arrival. Please let us know at the time of booking if you choose this option. *Minimum 2-days of heat required

- Do not create excessive noise, disturbances or traffic, or engage in disorderly conduct (including parties).
- Amplified music is not allowed outside AT ANY TIME (including mobile phones on "speakerphone"). Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). IF YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR MUSIC, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY ORDINANCE. The minimum citation is $1,000.
Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to get a citation.
-Night time hours are between 10 pm and 10 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm.
By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!
There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.
All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
PET FEES: For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. For month+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet.
