Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a mid-century modern interior refreshed throughout in 2025. The fully private yard is framed by mature hedging on all sides, with chaise lounges, shade sails, and a poolside fire pit. A smart home throughout and a well-equipped kitchen make this equally suited for a short getaway or a longer desert stay.

This single-story home sits on a quiet residential street in the Sunrise Park neighborhood of Palm Springs, with the San Jacinto Mountains rising unobstructed in the distance. The backyard and pool deck face directly toward the range, a view that anchors the outdoor experience and shifts through light and color throughout the day.

You enter through a foyer with a mid-century geometric accent wall and a teal runner that sets the tone for the interior. The home was renovated top to bottom in 2025 with a cohesive desert resort palette, bold teal, brass, black stainless, carried through every room with intention. It reads as a designed space without feeling staged.

The main living area is an open great room that connects the living space, dining area, and kitchen in a single flowing layout. The living room is anchored by a 75-inch Samsung QLED television and soundbar above a floating walnut media console, with an L-shaped sectional and an Eames-style lounge chair and ottoman. A teal brick fireplace with a brass chevron screen adds warmth, and pop art canvases, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra hang overhead. A Sputnik brass chandelier marks the dining area, where a white tulip table with mid-century chairs sits beneath it. Motorized Smartwings roller shades cover every window throughout the home, controllable individually.

The kitchen is galley-style with a peninsula and a quartz waterfall countertop that opens to the dining area. White shaker cabinets with brass pulls, geometric starburst tile backsplash, and a full suite of black stainless Samsung appliances give it a finished, intentional feel. The range is a six-burner gas with a convection oven. A Nespresso VertuoPlus and Keurig sit on the counter alongside a full pantry for longer-stay storage.

A dedicated home office is accessible off the main living area. It is set up with an electric sit-stand Vari desk, a rolling chair, wall-mounted pegboard storage, and cabinet space, a functional work setup for those staying several weeks.

The laundry room connects to both the living hallway and the garage, and holds Samsung front-load washer and dryer units on pedestal drawers with ample cabinet and counter space.

The primary bedroom is positioned at the west end of the home and features a king bed with a peacock toned platform frame, a bold black-and-white accent wall, motorized blackout shades, a Carro brass ceiling fan, and a Samsung 55-inch QLED television with Sonos soundbar. The en-suite bathroom is finished with a frameless glass walk-in shower with a chevron herringbone feature wall, rain head, and linear drain, alongside a mid-century walnut vanity with white quartz countertop and Malin+Goetz amenities.

The two guest bedrooms sit down the hall, each with a queen bed, motorized blackout shades, a Carro ceiling fan, and a Samsung smart television. The southeast guest bedroom has full palm tree wallpaper on all four walls, a lighted vanity, and access to a secondary walk-in closet. The east guest bedroom has a black shiplap accent wall and doubles as the more neutral option. Both share access to the hall bathroom, which mirrors the primary in finish quality with a mid-century walnut vanity and quartz countertop.

The backyard is where the property fully delivers. A private lap pool saltwater, stretches across the yard with unobstructed mountain views beyond. A separate round spa sits adjacent. Poolside, four teal chaise lounges with cushions, two Acapulco chairs, and a teal cantilever umbrella are arranged around the deck. A teal hanging egg chair and a covered dining area with teal table and four chairs sit closer to the house. A propane fire pit table with lava rock media anchors a seating area between the two lounge zones. Three teal triangle shade sail canopies provide additional coverage during the warmer hours.

The landscaping provides complete privacy on all sides: mature full-height ficus and citrus hedging, sago palms, fan palms, multiple plumeria trees, architectural agave, and barrel cacti with river rock mulch beds throughout. Low-voltage path lighting illuminates the yard at night. A `Palm Springs` teal script wall art on the rear block wall is highly photogenic and has become a signature feature of the outdoor space.

The driveway accommodates two or more vehicles, and the house has an attached garage.


Guests will have access to the entire home and all outdoor areas, including the pool, spa, and yard. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly pool technician and gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

Please note that in the State of California, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

Pool & Spa Heating:
This property features a private pool and spa that can be heated during your stay. Pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee and requires a minimum 2-day reservation.

Available options:
• Spa Only: $75/day — Spa heated up to 101°F
• Combined Pool & Spa: $100/day — Pool heated up to 84°F and spa heated up to 101°F
• Highest Pool Temperature & Spa: $125/day — Pool heated up to 90°F and spa heated up to 101°F

Pool and spa heating must be requested and paid for in advance of arrival so our team can schedule the service. Please reach out to us with your preferred heating option, and we’ll be happy to assist.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out (keys, garage remotes, etc). Replacement costs will be charged to guests if items are not received within 10 days of check-out.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property`s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

OPEN AIR HOMES HOUSE RULES:

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.

- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.

- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to the Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable, please reach out to Reservations for more details.

- The AC cannot be set lower that 74 degrees when the outdoor temperature exceeds 100s. If tampering with the HVAC equipment causes any issues which require a service call and/or repairs, this will be billable to your party

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.

PALM SPRINGS RULES & REGULATIONS

- Do not create excessive noise, disturbances or traffic, or engage in disorderly conduct (including parties).

- Amplified music is not allowed outside AT ANY TIME (including mobile phones on `speakerphone`). Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the home). IF YOUR NEIGHBORS CAN HEAR MUSIC, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION OF THE CITY ORDINANCE. The minimum citation is $1,000.

- Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level.
