This newly updated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom California dreaming getaway is styled with our most chic guest in mind. Indoors, you'll find a great open-concept featuring a contemporary kitchen with quartz countertops, a full suite of all new stainless-steel appliances, island top bar, and chic mid-century modern dining area. Prepare your favorite dishes in Caraway cooking ware and set the most gorgeous tablescape indoor or outdoor with designated well-curated dishware.
The main area’s inviting open floor plan is designed to be your perfect lounging and entertaining space. Relax in a pair of desert rose plush loveseats and luxurious double chaise lounge. Enjoy the 65` smart flat-screen TV with all the streaming services your entertainer's heart could desire. Indulge in the velvet sky blue bar, set beneath the Pink&Palm neon sign and complete with cocktail mixing set and board games.
This relaxing getaway boasts four well-appointed rooms and sleeps up to eight guests. Each light-filled bedroom includes a flat-screen TV, comfortable beds and quality linens. The master suite boasts a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The three remaining bedrooms each have comfy queen beds and access to a stylish guest bathroom with tub.

Everything we wanted!

Palm House has so many amenities! There was something for everyone to stay entertained! We enjoyed the pool and video games especially! Thank you for allowing early check -in!!

Fantastic stay at Pink Palm again! This is our 4th year in a row booking this fabulous, family-friendly 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house. It’s tastefully decorated and has a well-equipped kitchen. We’re already planning to come back again next year!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It's a great home, nicely furnished and had stunning sunset views. The property manager was very helpful. The 4 bedrooms and 2 baths worked great for us!

Amazing desert getaway!

My family and I had an incredible stay over Thanksgiving week! The house is beautifullly furnished and well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. The outdoor area is an oasis with lounge chairs, a pool, firepit and dining table. Absolute perfection!

Fun style with beautiful views

We arrive in the property manager Bob was there to greet us. He walked us through the home and gave us all the tips on how to operate things. He made us feel at home. Adriana was amazing at communicating as well. The house was fully stocked with all the bells and whistles. They went above and beyond with a few extras as well. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The views from the backyard were incredible. 180° view of the mountains behind you while you’re swimming is not so bad is it? I would recommend this house if you would like a positive and fun stay. The decor is funky, full of personality, and stylish! Accessibility to downtown is super easy. There is a grocery store one block away as well. We would definitely utilize this house again in the future!
