Overall enjoyed our stay at The Twist and think it’s a good pick for the price. Very convenient location, easy parking, very nice staff, and having the kitchenette with small children is ideal. I would just caution guests who are sensitive sleepers to make sure you don’t get booked in the rooms above the bar. Th music thumps through the rooms well into the night. I was able to move rooms once I found this out, but that might not be an option if they are fully booked.

Accommodations were good. Safe walking distance to downtown. Residential area around hotel was beautiful. The only disappointment was the feel and sound of the music from bar next door/below our room.

The Twist is a fun mini-apartment option that gives a lot of flexibility in terms of having a full kitchen, terrific patio and TV options (although we didn't watch TV much...but it is there)! The staff is helpful and attentive when we asked for things (e.g., more towels). Great place!

Andy and Linda do a great job running this hotel and are easy to work with. The pool area is well kept, the rooms are spacious, and the full kitchen allowed for healthier eating during our stay. Excellent! Would definitely stay again!

This place is AMAZING! We were supposed to be at Hyatt for the weekend, but Hyatt had the dirtiest rooms. I had been a Hyatt member for just under a decade. In the middle of the night, with a toddler, we booked Twist that was nearby. And what a difference that made. Twist is super clean, spacious, gorgeous views and they have the best staff. Linda was so accommodating and I can attest they were the reason our stay was so comfortable. They are accessible through phone text, so don't have to wait in phone lines for long. Location is impeccable - walkable to everything. Highly recommend Twist.

Pretty good stay
Kitchen was great. Bed was comfy. Service/staff was great! TV remote should have instructions for volume. Room was fairly quiet except you could hear upstairs guest every time they walked around. Bathroom could use some adjustments. Love the fact that pool and jacuzzi open 24/7!! All in all would stay again.

The Twist provided us with a great experience. We adored the staff, especially Andy. He made us feel right as home. There are 2 great bars connected to the property, coffee shop and vintage clothing store. All out of this world. You can not beat the location and price. A value. Privacy and a 24 hr pool!! We will be staying again next year.

Cute but impractical
The room’s aesthetic and vibe was terrifically weird and wonderful. I sent pictures to friends and family showing what a great job the decorators did. In practical terms, the bathroom had some drawbacks -there is no place to hang clothes, wet towels, etc. -shelf space in the bathroom is non-existent- I’m fairly low-maintenance: razor, comb, deodorant are all I need, and there was no place to put them -the walk-in shower, while spacious enough for a big guy like me (I’m usually cramped in hotel showers), allowed water to splash on the floor, even beyond the quickly-soaked bathmat, rendering the floor slippery and unsafe. My biggest problem with the property was that I specifically chose it because it is listed as having an airport shuttle, and I didn’t want to have to arrange for ground transportation during my brief stay in Palm Springs. When I contacted the property after making my reservation, I was told that I would have to specifically reserve the shuttle and that it would cost $15. However, when I emailed the hotel, attempting to reserve the shuttle, I never received a response. When I called the hotel prior to my arrival, I was finally informed that there was no shuttle at all, and I would have to arrange my own transportation from the airport to the hotel. Obtaining an Uber from the airport was problematic at 10:00 pm. They charge a ridiculous “resort fee” but the place is not a resort. It has a tiny pool, a child sized putting green, no restaurant.

The staff was very helpful and the room was beautiful. The a/c worked well and there were nice places walking distance to grab a drink. It seemed as if no one had been in that specific room for a while. The sink in the bathroom was slow draining/clogged but they came to fix it as soon as I told them, and there was old stuck toilet paper stuck inside the commode. We only stayed two nights so I was disappointed the room didn’t get serviced as requested but I’ll definitely be staying there again. Great customer service goes a long way and they provided that.

Linda and other management were awesome. The free drinks at the pool were nice and unexpected. Our bathroom sink was small and clogged but we managed. Overall our stay was very nice. We would book again.

Stayed here for our anniversary and loved it. The room was very clean. We loved the interior design. Although the living room furniture wasn’t really useable. We spent most of the time on the huge patio. The bed was comfy which is a big plus for me. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cute little property with nice, accommodating staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, with a great attitude. Would happily recommend to friends. My only suggestions would be to add more shade so guests can enjoy the outdoor area during the day and dead bolts on the doors. There was no way from keeping my toddlers from leaving the room.

the hotel was very unique with the colors and the design. This hotel is not for you if you do not like noise especially, from the pool till 2 o’clock in the morning and you could hear foot steps, continuously if you’re on the bottom floor. Everyone else that was young seem to be having a good time though.
