Bare bones but worked well

It was a nice basic place, cement floors made it seem 'bare bones', but it was furnished with tables, chairs, bed, couch, well equipped kitchenette. I loved the skylight in the shower! Plenty of towels for 3 ladies and hair dryer included. It was the first fold out couch I ever slept in that was actually comfortable. Not luxurious, but at least the bar in the middle didnt' hit your back like others. It was tricky figuring out the controls on the AC/heat. You could only get tv by hooking up to your streaming account; when I travel I just want to hear local news in the morning, so that was sad. It was located great for downtown and our venue down the road. Check in was tricky, as i had never received, or seen, the email with codes. But someone at AvantStay answered the phone right away, even at 11 p.m and got us in. We never tried the pool, but it looked inviting. So I would stay there again, next time we are at that venue.
