This sprawling Tudor-style home, a rarity for Palm Springs, sits on manicured grounds with an English rose garden, stone fountains and Renaissance-style sculptures. A ficus privacy wall surrounds the estate, with views of soaring palm trees and the San Jacinto mountains a reminder of the home’s desert destination.
Located just outside downtown Palm Springs, the cottage lies just 3 minutes from restaurants, parks, museums, and the Mesquite Golf & Country Club.
A cozy fire pit on the covered patio invites relaxed evenings under the stars. The home also boasts a game room with floor-to-ceiling Tudor-style windows, high-backed spectator chairs around a billiard table, and a private entrance to the garden. Across the hall is a stately office with an ornate desk and wall of bookshelves.

English Tudor- charming stay
A unique property, well appointed with worlds away charm, yet central location, 5 min drive to downtown. Enough space to spread out for a sizable family, both indoors and out, with a couple separate living areas-but also has nice central, game room and kitchen areas to gather. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Property is showing some age, but not enough to detract from the enjoyable charm and many unique details.

Beautiful place but don’t judge a book by its cover
The home and gardens are beautiful. Property manager was great. However…In need of major renovation. Problems with lights, doors, roof, fridge leaks, faucets, toppled outdoor umbrella (no injures), and others. We paid a premium and did not get value.
