Welcome to this private, but centrally located Palm Springs residence on a double lot with breath-taking, panoramic views. This spacious 4BD/2BA home is comfortably designed and decorated for a mid-sized family or group of friends.

The interior walls and most of the art featured are creations by artist Sarah Stieber - applauded as “San Diego’s Best Local Contemporary Artist” by Modern Luxury magazine. Take tons of selfies in the colorful selfie hallway or go outside and take photos in front of a Sarah Stieber mural!

After you’ve enjoyed the vibrant art, check out the backyard for the majestic mountain views that will capture your imagination and enjoy the luxurious pool and spa. The backyard is equipped with a heated pool & hot tub, BBQ grill, firepit and retractable awnings along the entire roofline that can be extended or retracted depending upon your preference. The front yard features a putting green if you’re feeling competitive or want to practice your putting.

Inside you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a home that has all the comforts of home. Large living room TV and sofas for entertaining next to a full dining area for 8 guests. Three of the four bedrooms also come equipped with a workspace and a desktop monitor for those needing a bit more screen space.

For electric car drivers, there is also a Universal Charger located in the garage. Tesla users will need to have the standard Tesla converter to take advantage of this charger.

This home was perfect for our family getaway. We enjoyed the ambiance and the comforts. Our goal was to relax and make memories. We did! It was a pleasure communicating with Jon when we checked. He answered questions before we asked and gave great support and suggestions.
