Indian Wells Resort Hotel
Did not use the pool. Hotel is dated, bed was awful and limited restaurant service. Refrigerator in the room was hidden in the closet and didn’t work. Air conditioner was noisy and thermostat didn’t work. View of the parking lot was blocked by a pillar so the room was very dark. No bottles of water ...

Yes the spa was the best part.no microwave inside the room",much better if there is one in the room, no need of coffee maker, carpet needs to be changed it stinks-

Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
The hot spa tubs were the best part! Very nice. Otherwise it’s very run down and dirty. The bed was super uncomfortable and the pillows were gross and lumpy. The whole property smells like an ashtray.
