I request a room upgrade and which was denied and I saw guest next to my room who got room upgrade!! The resort is beautiful but staff is not so humble ...

The Dunes Hotel
The room was clean and well equipped, but was a bit small. Facilities on site were good with a nice pool, gym and gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location in downtown within easy walking distance of the main shopping area and a supermarket over the road.
