"Unfortunately this was a disappointing stay. The room itself was clean and well stocked though the bathroom did have a slight mildew smell. However the pool area was small; pictures online are very deceiving! The indoor pool area was dark and dingy, The hot tub was smelly. The carpet on the 5th floor smelled terrible; it is in desperate need of replacement. "

"I called the front desk at around 8pm saying my toilet was clogged. He offered to move me to a different room which I did. Once I was ready to go to sleep I discovered that the AC was not working at all. I didn’t bother calling down because it was late and I didn’t want to be moved to another room. Staff was friendly but those 2 issues made the stay awful. "

"We picked the house because it was close to the hospital. The location was nice and everything we needed was there. We just needed to get use to the steps going down to the living room. We also enjoyed sitting outside and watching the airplanes go by. Overall it was a good experience even though my Mom was having surgery. "
