BluehousePortixol is a traditional fisherman's house with a private patio and a century-old ficus, just 30 m from the sea and Portixol beach in Palma de Mallorca. This lively neighbourhood has restaurants and terraces; the historic centre is 2 km away, on foot or by bus.



Downstairs, the equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso), dining room and bright living room open onto the private patio: barbecue, hammock, lounge area, solar shower, toilet and laundry area. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed, wardrobe and heating/air conditioning, plus a shared full bathroom. Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linen, towels, hairdryer and cot available.



The beach is 30 m away. Enjoy snorkelling, paddleboarding, windsurfing, sailing and fishing nearby. The seafront offers up to 33 km for walking, skating or cycling, with views of the Cathedral and Bellver Castle. Portixol and Molinar offer paella, fresh fish and tapas, with bakeries, supermarkets and pharmacies a few minutes' walk away. At dusk, enjoy the sunset from the seafront terraces.



For families: three playgrounds within 1 km and sailing courses for ages 5 and up. There is also a sports centre with a heated pool, padel and tennis.



Bus stop nearby and BiciPalma stations in Portixol and Ciutat Jardí. Free public street parking; no private or reserved space.
