This beautiful flat is a haven of peace located in the centre of Palma de Mallorca with terrace and availability for 5 guests. In bustling Palma we find this haven of tranquillity, the best experience to discover Palma and its surroundings. Enjoy a cosy terrace at the top of the flat, where you can relax after a fantastic day's shopping, read a book or have an apéritif with friends or family.
The modern dwelling consists of 2 floors where you can spend your holidays. As soon as you enter, you will find a spacious living-dining room with AC and Smart TV. In the same area, you will also find the open-plan kitchen with a ceramic hob and all the facilities to cook appetizing dishes. Completing the first floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, very well-equipped. The first one is equipped with a double bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a trundle bed, TV, AC, and wardrobe. Closing the first floor, you will find a bathroom with a shower. Connecting through a staircase to the second floor, you will find the last bedroom, which is equipped with a trundle bed, TV, AC, and chest of drawers. Finally, concluding with the amenities of this house, we locate a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. Also, if you are travelling with children, we can provide them with a cot and a high chair.

Very nice accommodation for a young couple or maybe a family with older kids. Not great with a 2 year old as the steps are very steep. Walking distance to everything you could need. Very strong smell of mould and on most walls downstairs. Lovely hot tub and everything you could need for a stay.

Kommunikation bis zur Ankunft super. Leider wurde mit der Code für den Schlüssel nicht mitgeteilt. Ankunft war 21.00 Uhr was dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt wurde. Telefonisch keiner erreichbar, keiner vor Ort!!!! Über Fewo gegen 23.00 Uhr habe ich dann endlich den Schlüssel Code erfahren. Das gesamte Erdgeschoss riecht übelst modrig und feucht, Badteppich schmutzig, das Badezimmer extrem klein sodass man kaum die Tür neben der Toilette schließen konnte. Das Wasser im Pool auf der Terrasse stinkt und Dreck liegt am Pool Boden. Der Grill war auch nicht vorhanden. Die Treppen extrem steil, wir waren 5 Erwachsene, für Kinder überhaupt nicht geeignet. Das Stadtviertel lässt zu wünschen übrig. Fazit: wir waren dann nur zum Duschen und schlafen dort, die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht der Wirklichkeit
L’appartement est propre, silencieux, lumineux, relativement bien équipé. L’entrée est autonome via une boîte à clés. Situé à 20mns à pieds du centre ville et à 10mns à pieds de l’arrêt de bus qui vient de l’aéroport.
En revanche, la salle de bain est vraiment petite. Nous étions 5, compliqué avec une seule et si petite salle de bain. La pièce principale est également petite.
Le jacuzzi était sale (l’eau + la structure), nous n’avons pas pu l’utiliser. Le quartier n’est pas particulièrement sympa mais il est safe.

Le prix était très correct pour l'appartement, les photos sont conformes.
L'arrivée s'est passée sans accroc, la personne à l'aéroport était très sympa. Le prix était très correct pour l'appartement, les photos sont conformes. Nous avions peur au vu des commentaire mais tout est OK. Après ce n'est pas le grand luxe, mais la literie était plutôt propre, et l'appartement aussi, même si plutôt propre "en surface", ça se sent qu'il a été refait assez rapidement. Le quartier n'est pas incroyable mais a le mérite d'être vivant, il y a un marché très sympa à deux pas, ainsi qu'une boulangerie, un supermarché, etc. Ça peut être compliqué sans voiture mais c'est faisable. Nous avons fait le choix de louer une voiture pour découvrir l'île et je pense que c'était indispensable. En résumé, l'appartement est fonctionnel, conforme aux photos sur l'apparence, et n'est pas trop cher comparé aux autres logements dans le coin, mais dans un quartier très loin de la vie touristique de Palma.

Top Preis Leistungs Verhältnis! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser Wohnung. Schöne Küche mit allem was man braucht, Dach Terasse und sogar deutsches Fernsehen. Alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet!

Very nice host. Apartment was clean and modern the same as on photos. Location is good. Main Palma beach is just 15 minutes far from accommodation. Big thanks for fast and fully answering on my mails. One thing can be very nice if you let travelers know about tourist tax before booking accommodation or include it in the apartment price. Thanks for your nice hospitality ♥️
The apartment was exactly as described, extremely clean, with everything that we needed. Unfortunately the parking was a bit of a nightmare but once we found an underground parking facility we’ve had no issues anymore.
The location of the apartment is not ideal for those who want to be close to the beach, but if you rent a car you can get anywhere in the city within 10-20 minutes

WE HAD NO ELECTRICITY FOR TWO DAYS.
Our electricity went for 2 days and we were given no compensation for this which is very disappointing as we were without any WiFi, cold water and etc for 2 days.
The beds were pretty comfy as well there was good living space as well as a lovely balcony where all us friends could relax.

Fin leilighet med litt for lang avstand til gamlebyen
Dårlig kvalitet på sengene - knallharde madrasser. Et par dager med kloakklukt fra sluker på bad og vaskerom(kan være pga spyling av offentlige rør ol).
Fin leilighet med beliggenhet litt langt fra gamlebyen. Rolig område med ca 1 km til stranden.

Accueil minimaliste et très basique genre "agence immobilière". L'appartement est moderne, propre et bien entretenu. Il se trouve un peu excentré (20 mn à pied du centre et de la mer) dans un quartier populaire et très cosmopolite. Il manque quelques équipements de cuisine et des lampes de chevet. Attention deux escaliers qui donnent accès à l'étage et à la terrasse ne sont pas suffisamment sécurisés. La terrasse n'a pas d'ombre et donc très peu utilisable en journée. Climatisation dans toute les pièces, cuisine bien aménagé, Wi-Fi et TV dans chaque pièce. Petite attention sympathique il y avait des gâteaux secs, de l'eau, des capsules de café et quelques victuailles à notre arrivée. C'est un appartement plutôt agréable.

Новые апартаменты в центре. Нам понравилось.
Тараканы как мы поняли это обычно а Пальме. Спертый воздух если не проветривать, плесень на стенах за тумбочками и кроватью
Отдыхали двумя семьями. 4взр. и 2 ребенка (4и 10лет) Детям особо понравилась еомнатп на верху. Понравилось: расположение близко от центра рядом супермаркет Mercadona, новая мебель, хорошая мебелировка, быстрый интернет. Доступ без лестниц. 3 комнаты плюс гостиная.
