Holiday Home 'Son Oliver' with Private Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The holiday home Son Oliver is located in the El Arenal area of Palma, just a 10-minute drive from Playa de Palma, and is perfect for enjoying a unique holiday with your loved ones. The property, spread over two floors, consists of a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and a bathroom, accommodating up to 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, television, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and high chair are available on request. Air conditioning is only available in the living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and there are fans in each bedroom. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor shower.



There is one parking space available on the property, and you can also park for free on the street. There is a separate annex that may be used by the owner as an office; if the owner does not travel to another city, they may stay there, but it has a separate entrance. The house, pool and terraces are for your exclusive use.
