Very cozy and spacious house in the town of S'Aranjassa, very close to the beach of Palma (2.4 km), near the airport and 10 minutes by car from the historic center. The house distributed on two floors, with private pool, private parking, several terraces, perfect situation in a very quiet area.
Detached villa completely fenced, without neighbors. Close to all services.
We will only accept families, or groups of friends over 30 years old.
Air conditioning and ceiling fan in all bedrooms.

Ideal location for our needs
The property is great, lovely gardens and pool. Some of the fittings are a bit dated eg dishwasher, bathrooms but overall just fine. We chose the villa for it's location - it's just about 15 mins by car for everywhere we needed. Our daughter got married whist we were away and it was ideal for the venue, Palma city and close to where friends and family were all staying. It was a little too close to the airport though and quite noisy at times (also depended on the wind direction) It didn't stop us having a great stay

Die Finca ist schön,aber sie hat die Küche im Obergeschoss,was wir nicht so schön gefunden haben, da unten kein Kühlschrank oder auch nicht die Möglichkeit besteht was zu kochen da keine Außenküche vorhanden ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super es wurde sich immer schnell um unser Anliegen gekümmert. nachteilig ist der Fluglärm

Entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und an die Nähe zum Flughafen gewöhnt man sich. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall von Vorteil, wer nicht jeden Tag 45 Minuten bis zum Strand laufen möchte. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend und die Begrüßung und Betreuung von Xsico war einwandfrei. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub.

Großartige Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Flughafen und mit dem zwingend erforderlichen Mietwagen sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind super organisiert und stets bei Fragen zu erreichen. Es ist alles mit sehr viel Liebe angelegt und sehr sauber. Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Probleme weiterempfehlen.

Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Es war alles da, was man brauchte. Nicht mehr alles ganz frisch, aber funktional und in Ordnung. Nähe zum Flughafen hat Vor- und Nachteile.
