    The accommodation features a fully equipped kitchen, living area with sofa and TV, an integrated bedroom with wardrobe-dressing area, and a complete bathroom. Everything is designed for a comfortable stay with all amenities.



    Outside, enjoy a 9x4 meter pool with sun loungers, shaded areas, and a barbecue, all in a well-kept, peaceful setting.



    There is another house on the estate, so outdoor areas are occasionally shared in a respectful manner, always maintaining a tranquil atmosphere.



    Although in a rural setting, the property is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, where you’ll find basic services like cafés and supermarkets, and has excellent access to the island’s main roads.



    Palma is about a 10-minute drive away, the airport around 5 minutes, and nearby beaches can be reached in 10 to 20 minutes depending on the area.
