The outdoor area features several seating spaces, some with sea views, and a light-filled dining area with a barbecue—perfect for outdoor meals. Inside, the villa accommodates 7 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms across two floors. The ground floor has a bright living room with a fireplace, while the upper floor offers bedrooms with terraces and sea views. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning in all rooms, radiator heating for year-round comfort, and a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer are provided.



Just 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Palma’s center, the villa offers both comfort and accessibility. You have direct access to the seafront promenade leading to the cathedral and Palma’s old town via the picturesque Portixol harbor, as well as nearby beach clubs. Nautical clubs and golf courses are close, and with a spacious indoor garage with racks for 7 bikes, Villa Mercedes is the perfect base for cycling, golf, and sailing enthusiasts year-round.
