"The staff were very friendly and always willing to g to be helpful. Front desk and maids service around, available and attentive. Parking and limousine service convenient. Whole Foods, fine dining, library, museums, university campuses and Hill Street near by. Centrally located to the city. Ten minutes from Union station. Historical aspects of the hotel were amazing!! Recommend adding some glass box displays of fanciful gowns from the academy awards era in the great hall just outside the meeting rooms on mannequins."

"I chose this establishment because it was reminiscent of McMenamins properties in Oregon. I loved the history and the ambiance of the building. If you’re expecting modern amenities in rooms, you won’t find it here. But, you will find amazing staff, character, and a prime spot in DTLA. Access to main highways was easy. The location reminded me of a similar hotel in Seattle. You will hear outside noise and traffic, but that wasn’t a deterrent for me. There is a shopping center and CVS just a few blocks up, and plenty of business to Door Dash from. If you want to stay somewhere with ambiance and excitement staff, this is the place for you."

"The outside wasn't anything special, and the location right next to the freeway, while convenient, had us nervous. We were so pleasantly surprised by this property! Large spacious rooms with lots of storage for our family of 4- clothes, pool toys, snacks- we were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, discreet and very helpful- extra pillows and towels were brought to us immediately! The location was perfect for short trips to Universal, Griffith Observatory and cute shopping at Magnolia Park. Free parking! We definitely recommend this hotel."

"The Omni exceeded expectations, largely thanks to its staff — genuinely warm, attentive, and enthusiastic despite how busy the hotel was. That energy carries throughout the property. Valet is pricey but worth it; they're on the ball and have your car ready in minutes. The breakfast buffet is simple continental but well-maintained — fresh fruit and ingredients are clearly a priority. Rooms are clean, the on-site restaurant is solid, and the little extras they offer are a nice touch that elevates the stay. Would definitely return."
