"Property was as described. We chose it as base to go to Rose Bowl in Pasadena. It is located in a safe neighborhood, parking included. Bed is very comfortable, very quiet room, with good amenities (microwave, small fridge, coffee machine, smart TV, furniture, etc). Room is great for a couple or single person. "This "Tiny Home" was a fun retreat in a camping trailer sized Cottage with all the amenities of a regular home. Fully stocked with all amenities to cook regular meals, do laundry, TV, faux functioning fireplace and small hot tub which all were made use of without issues. "We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake.
