  • Newly constructed upscale chalet situated on one of the highest elevations in the area! Incredible mountain views & southern exposure will delight you during your stay! Conveniently & centrally located in the valleys’ many amenities including popular destinations such as: Skeetawk Ski Lift (12 miles away). The iconic Bodenburg Butte Hiking Trail which is only one mile to the top where you can see breathtaking 360-degree views of the valley below(13 miles away). Matanuska Glacier (57 miles away) where you can set foot on one of Alaska’s oldest & most spectacular glaciers any time of the year! Independence Mine State Historical Park, an incredibly scenic drive up to where you can explore the history of the Alaska gold rush along with incredible views of the valley (19 miles away). And our famous Mat-Su Reindeer Farm (13 miles away) just to name a few!

    We also have a huge Cottonwood tree at the edge of the property where your odds of seeing an eagle or two are in your favor as they like to perch atop the branches and scour the cliff below for prey!
