The Green House is located in the heart of Palmer, Alaska. Walking distance to local breweries, shopping and outdoor activities.

The GreenHouse is located on a quiet street, close to the many amenities of Palmer, Alaska! Live Like a Local and check-out downtown Palmer, which is only 0.8 miles away (a 15-minute walk). Downtown, you will find local restaurants, breweries, coffee/smoothie shops, as well as fun boutiques to shop at. The breathtaking views of the mountains are the icing on the cake, making your stay at the GreenHouse something you will never forget.

Palmer can be experienced by foot, bike, or car. Downtown Palmer is a must-see. We recommend taking the walking tour (provided in our Guidebook!). If you are planning on exploring other nearby towns (Wasilla, Talkeetna, Eagle River, etc.) a car is needed. A drive through Hatcher's Pass never disappoints! We have plenty of parking on the property.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, guests are required to sign a rental agreement when booking The Greenhouse.

My teen and I were so happy and comfortable in the green house. We travel a lot for sports and we’ve stayed in a LOT of rentals like this. This one was among our favorites. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was just lovely.

Fabulous location for getting around the Mat-Su valley

Lovely home! Perfect for a couple or small family. Ample counter space for cooking and baking. It was a great location to get into downtown Palmer or head out to Wasilla or Anchorage.

Had a very nice short stay in June. Cute place, nice little fire pit hang out area outside, and the furniture was comfy. The owner was nice and helpful. Just a good little spot all around. Note for older folks and kids - the stairs are a little on the steep side. My 4 year old did well, but might be worth considering if you have trouble with that sort of thing.
