The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was super helpful. The morning breakfast spread was nice and the coffee was actually freshly ground on the spot. Overall a decent place for an overnight trip to visit our Murray State student. Will likely return.

We do not stay in luxury hotels however even "bargains" should need certain standards. Walked around in fuzzy socks to not have shoes on carpet (indoor/outdoor) and in 15 minutes they were filthy! Room felt "damp" and A/C was wall unit that was on and off at odd times....difficult to keep working ...

Cute & cozy little country cottage. Only stayed 1 night with my son to tour Martin University but we really enjoyed our short stay. Had everything we needed & we were able to relax & enjoy each other's company. Easy check in & check out process & host was friendly & communicated well.
