Property and staff were fantastic, buffet was delicious but Linda pricy for someone who’s not eating more than the necessary. Amenities were ok, pool is small for the amount of people at the hotel; if you lucky the beach would be clean and you can enjoy the beach. Other than that is an okay location for relaxing.

I have stayed at the Fontainebleau before, but this recent experience was an absolute nightmare. The resort is currently undergoing massive construction on the main pool. While I understand that properties need maintenance, the loud, disruptive drilling completely ruined any chance of a peaceful vacation. Management offers absolutely no gestures of goodwill or compensation to guests paying premium rates to sit next to a construction zone The issues only grew worse once inside the room: Severe Maintenance Failures: Our toilet would not flush. It took three separate phone calls over three days for someone to finally show up and fix it Mechanical Noise: The room looks updated at a glance, but the air conditioner is ancient and incredibly loud. It kept us awake all night Unresponsive Service: I reported the broken AC three times. Each time front desk staff promised to send the engineering team. No one ever showed up.Beyond the broken room, the hidden fees and price gouging are out of control. Do not be fooled by the baseline room rate, because everything else inside the resort is a total rip-off Parking: Mandatory valet is $75 per night plus tax. Pool Rentals: A single pool bed costs an astronomical $600, leaving you with only basic chairs unless you want to spend a fortune Between the structural noise, the broken amenities, the ghosting from staff, and the aggressive pricing, this resort is no longer a luxury destination. It is a cash grab. Save your money , stay elsewhere
