"Check in was a little confusing. The coded door is in the back of the house so that took awhile to figure out. The upstairs deck railing is lose in multiple areas and left many toddler sized openings that we felt we had to block with coolers. Warm water was slow and short lived."

"This beach house was exactly what I imagined for our family of 10, from ages 64 down to 11 months. The views from the top floor living area were spectacular. The kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever encountered in a rental property. The bottom floor bunk room with king bedroom and kitchenette was perfect for the kiddos. The second floor bedrooms -- each with their own bathrooms -- were thoughtfully appointed and a welcome retreat from the common areas of the house. Beach access was a breeze (no pun intended) since the boardwalk was just across from the house. The golf cart made bringing all our essentials to the beach effortless. My personal favorite spot: the porch swing on the second floor balcony. I can't wait to book this property next summer!"

"The house was in a great location… close to the beach and the included golf cart was great! I wouldn’t exactly say there are 6 bedrooms, however. There are 3 bedrooms. Then there are 3 built-in bunk nooks in the gameroom. We had 11 adults and 4 children under 3 yrs old. Each bunk nook sleeps 3 fine but there’s no room for luggage, etc. So although the house can accommodate lots of guests for “sleeping” there wasn’t much space. The kitchen is quite tiny and utensils need restocking. There were only 7 forks so we had to eat dinner in shifts. The window sills in the nooks were dirty, which was a bit disturbing considering they’re level with the mattress. We also found a pair of glasses under the sheets, which tells me perhaps the sheets weren’t washed. All in all, we had fun… but felt the description was a bit misleading. We chose a house with 6 bedrooms, expecting 6 actual bedrooms. A picture of the floor plan would have been helpful."

"We had a great stay and would definitely book this condo again! It was clean, tidy, and stayed nice and cold during our visit, which was a huge plus in the Texas heat. We traveled with our Frenchies, and the condo worked out really well for them. Being on the third floor was a little challenging for one of our dogs, but it was still easy enough to get them outside to the grassy areas for potty breaks.Just be sure to bring all of your essentials like paper towels, extra toilet paper, trash bags, and any other consumables, as the listing accurately states that only starter supplies are provided.The location was fantastic. There’s a convenient parking area near the beach, and we loved being able to walk down the pier to a quieter stretch of beach that wasn’t nearly as crowded as some of the more public access points.Overall, this was a wonderful pet friendly place to stay. We’d absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially those traveling with their dogs, and we’d be happy to stay here again!"
