Brand new owner-designed retirement casita with lovely details, natural wood, flower gardens, rarely available to rent. Walking distance to Stanford campus and great restaurants on California Avenue. Light-filled rooms, large private fenced yard separate from main house in front. A dreamy cozy retreat in a safe, walkable, charming friendly neighborhood - College Terrace, right next to Stanford campus. Street parking, bike available to use. Fully stocked kitchen, extra linens.

500 square foot cottage, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.
Large private yard with front sitting area for morning sun, back patio with table and chairs for working under the umbrella or outdoor dining; equipped with outdoor outlets. Butterflies and humming birds visit the flower garden, squirrels run along the fences and across the roof as they store up acorns for winter.

Cottage and garden are private. Tenants in the front house have driveway privileges, but there is ample street parking and I will lend you a parking permit to avoid ticketing.
