Starting in June, with a rural tourism license, it will be possible to rent by the week. Enjoy a country house with all amenities nearby and the beach just 3 km away while working remotely. At the entrance, there is a landscaped area with ample space for three cars. The entry hall leads to a large living-dining room with a central fireplace hanging from a wooden-beamed ceiling. The exposed stone walls and the natural light make this space spectacular. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer. A glass door opens to the interior patio. The patio of this house is the family's main gathering area, offering both sunny and shaded spots with complete privacy. The sleeping area is divided into two sections. To the left of the entry hall, there are two bedrooms: one with four bunk beds for four people and one with a double bed.
