The communal swimming pool of 250 m³, directly accessible from the garden, is a great attraction for the little ones and provides moments of fun and entertainment. You can park on the street next to the apartment building, making it easy to come by car.



The location is unrivalled: just 850 metres from the sandy beach of Platja de Pals, opposite a golf course with 3 padel courts and close to supermarkets. The centre of Pals is just 3 kilometres away, allowing you to enjoy both the tranquillity of the property and the nearby amenities.
