1.5 km from the 18-hole Saint Riquié és Plains golf course. Aerodrome for your plane trips within 1 km (small private plane only, no noise disturbance).

Traditional brick house covered in slate, 180m², independent in a 4000m² enclosed garden, surrounded by a wall and hedges, Parking for 3 cars. The spacious house, with its luxurious, comfortable and refined interior, is lurking in the calm of the hamlet of Janville, where a 17th century castle and a pretty 13th-17th century chapel, listed as a historic monument, have been completely renovated in 2014, furnished and tastefully decorated.
Ground floor: living-dining room, equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, large piano stove with 3 gas burners, microwave, freezer), lounge, TV, Internet subscription channels, DVD, wifi, separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm and 1 single bed 90x200cm), one with en-suite bathroom-wc, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm), separate shower room-wc with washing machine. heerlijk verblijf

Wat een heerlijk vakantiehuis! Ik ben verrast over hoe mooi ze dit huis hebben gerestaureerd! De kleuren zijn prachtig. Het huis compleet en ruim. Het huis heeft een hele prettige en vriendelijke sfeer. De tuin heel netjes onderhouden en groot. De omgeving is heel rustgevend. Met de auto trek je er op uit en er is genoeg te doen! Honfleur en Etretat waren onze favoriet. Maar je jachthaven en het strand bij het plaatsje zelf zijn ook erg mooi en gezellig. De gastvrouw die ons ontving was erg vriendelijk en hield de uitleg lekker kort.

Wunderbarer Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Küche wirklich gut ausgestattet (also für Leute, die wirklich kochen wollen, geeignet), die Zimmer und Bäder sind geschmackvoll und funktionell ausgestattet, allerdings gibt es in beiden Bädern nur Wannenduschen, was für Menschen mit leichten körperlichen Einschränkungen das Duschen sehr erschwert (ein 84 jähriges Mitglied unserer Gruppe hatte Schwierigkeiten). Der Garten und das ganze umliegende Gelände ist fantastisch. Die Betreuung vor und während unseres Aufenthalts durch Marie und Aline war hervorragend, bei kleinen Problemen gab es sofort engagiert Hilfe und Unterstützung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

D’abord un grand merci à Aline pour l’accueil et des infos sur différents sujets Nous étions ravis du site qui est très calme et clôturé.Magnifique gîte ,un aménagement intérieur meublé avec goût et d’une propreté excellente. Proche de la mer, parcours de golf et surtout pas loin des fameuses falaises impressionnantes. Un jolie coin en Normandie et nous allons certainement revenir.

Wunderbares, gemütliches Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich und schön eingerichtet und bietet jedem seinen Rückzugsort. Der Garten ist groß und ideal für eine Familie zum entspannen und relaxen. Die wunderschöne Gegend läd zu vielen Ausflügen ein. In der Nähe gibt es viele kleine Dörfer, in denen man wunderbar morgens fürs Frühstück einkaufen kann und abends Fisch und Meeresfrüchte essen kann. Uns hat unser Aufenthalt sehr gefallen!

A l’abri bien au chaud par temps de tempête

Un agréable week-end ayant permis de nous déconnecter et de nous ressourcer dans un endroit cosy où nous nous sommes sentis chez nous. Nombreux équipements et ustensiles ménagers. Commerces à proximité et le joli village de Veulle-les-Roses à découvrir. Nous reviendrons très certainement aux beaux jours.

ruhiges Haus mit riesigem Garten

Wir haben 2 angenehme Nächte in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, Grillmöglichkeit im Garten. Schöner uneinsehbarer privater Garten. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kleiner Fernseher mit DVD. Im Hochsommer kann man durch viele Dachfenster eine angenehme Luftzirkulation erreichen. Keine Ventilatoren. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Küste zu erkunden. Kinderausstattung im Haus (Babybett, Babywanne etc. vorhanden), Wiese zum Ballspielen sehr geeignet.

Très beau gîte agréable et au calme

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Marie. Le gîte est conforme à ce qui est présenté et décrit, très fonctionnel, rien ne manque, les chambres sont spacieuses et l'endroit est on ne peut plus calme! Aline est tout à fait charmante, arrangeante, totalement disponible, et ce déjà avant l'arrivée et jusqu'au départ! Si nous avons l'occasion de revenir dans les environs, nous n'hésiterons pas à de nouveau louer le même gîte.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite. Maison agréable et calme. La région est magnifique. Le soleil était de la partie et malgré le froid nous avons pu faire de belles balades. Merci à Aline pour son accueil très sympathique. Deux petits reproches que nous avons signalés, il manque une douche (plus pratique pour les personnes âgées) et une cafetière expresso. Dommage ! J'hésite à recommander...

La maison est bien adaptée pour deux familles avec enfants et récemment rénovée, avec un grand jardin. La concierge de la propriétaire, qui nous a accueilli était gentille et efficace. Malgré les commentaires d'autres vacanciers, il n'y a toujours pas de produits comme sel, poivre, huile, vinaigre etc. Les prix pour le location de draps sont relativement élevés (torchons de cuisine à 10 euros). Nous n'avons pas pu arriver à la date prévue comme notre voiture est tombée en panne sur l'autoroute. La propriétaire a refusé, certes gentiment, d'accorder un rabais, ne serait-ce que symbolique. Enfin, il convient de noter que la maison se trouve à proximité d'un site nucléaire.

Trés agréable

Gite trés agréable, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous avons juste trouvé dommage de devoir racheter tous les produits de 1ere nécessité pour juste 3 jours (produit vaisselle, savon, produits ménagers de base ou pour la cuisine huile sel poivre etc...).
