Enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay in Pamplona, right next to Plaza del Castillo, one of the city's most central and lively areas. This private room is a convenient option for up to three guests looking for a functional and well-located space in the city centre.

The room features one double bed and one single sofa bed, as well as a private bathroom with a shower. It also includes air conditioning, a TV, and a small refrigerator, offering a simple and comfortable setup for couples, friends, or small groups.

Please note that this room does not have a private office area inside. However, guests have access to a shared lounge and office area, shared with two other rooms. This common space includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, and additional space to sit and relax during your stay.

Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests. The accommodation also includes a cleaning kit, complimentary coffee, toilet paper, and the essentials needed for a comfortable stay.

Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a penalty of €150.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighbouring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your ID card or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In case of damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation, a penalty of 700 euros will be charged.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded security deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodation.
