"We're just back from 8 days here. First of the staff particularly at reception are fantastic. As soon as you note a problem they get it fixed and are mostly apologetic over issues that happen. Unfortunately for anyone travelling with young children there are a few problems that could easily be avoided if staff reported broken or faulty items such a jagged broken children's table. Others are unavoidable like the towel rack that fell on my 1 year olds head whilst she was on the toilet. The children's pool is extremely slippery with multiple children and adults slipping over. Entertainment is somewhat lacking. Food great array of things particularly if you are not fussy. Vegetarian or vegan is not catered for - I had been told multiple times a dish was vegetarian with bacon or vegetarian with X or simply it is vegetarian no meat or fish to realise it had meat on. On that basis I would not recommend for anyone with an allergy either. Pool area is t cleaned during the day unless you are at the tables. Othe then that staff are helpful and quick to resolve issues. Hotel seems that it was once great but is starting to need repairs/ replacements. One of the few hotels where the road doest lead directly to the pool or exposed part of hotel. Great for travel around the island with bus stop right outside and reception will give a timetable of busses upon request."

"Waterpark was great. No queues. Pools great. A Little cold but good fun. Food varied and good quality. Kids club enjoyable. Nice ice cream. Great mix of beaches nearby. "

"Aweful. How to make people feel like they haven’t paid enough to warrant good service. We just did Half Board- and clearly this hotel prefers AI clientele. Couldn’t get nice coffee because we hadn’t paid for some package, so instant only. Couldn’t get sunbeds near the beach because we hadn’t paid for some service. "

"The bathroom for the room I was given the first night wasn’t draining water properly. However my room was changed that night. The porter was really kind and lovely, apostolius (not sure I got the spelling correctly). The next day, I noticed the floor of the room wasn’t entirely clean and so I used the floor towel to wipe around. By the time we got back from breakfast we in morning, I noticed the cleaner paid attention and actually mopped the entire floor. Special thanks to the cleaner ( Augustine) who was observant and paid attention to that. The food wasn’t great for a 5 star with Limited options. I have been to 4 stars with better food options, taste and quality. The Greek night was okay compare with others. I think they can do better with the food options and taste. The people who deserve special kudos are the entertainment guys ( pedro and Agatha) and some of the kids club staff. They are super amazing especially Lara, Jess, Lia and the assistant football coach ( Joao). The entertainment is great for young kids. Older kids, 10 and above might not enjoy it that much. Most of the pools are super cold except one which is quite small. I think the main plus is the service you get from the staff itself. Hotel quality isn’t bad but there are better ones."

"The beds were really comfy, especially for my partner who has spinal issues. The staff were really lovely too, good breakfast selection with vegan choices. "
