Beautiful view overlooking the city. Rooms were spacious and nice with a lot of closet space. Bring your own bath towels and sheets, because what we had were dingy and stained.

**Pros:** - Goods views - Good location **Cons:** - Photos showed apartment in pristine condition and I think these are misleading as apartment wasn’t not greatly maintained, with numerous stains and subpar finishing (also saw insects). - Road noise very loud due to loose windows - Key-operated lock prevented running errands while using dishwasher or washing machine. - Wifi connectivity was an issue as it would kick us out and wouldn’t accept the password until after multiple attempts. Overall, the location and views were highlights but I wouldn’t recommend this apartment if you want something as shown in the pictures. If you need something for a quick night it might be ok.

The service was atrocious, I did not stay there and they are well aware. I would like a refund from this establishment. Waited over an hour for our room keys, one elevator working to take you to the 31st floor, only for when we got to the room we were given any demonstration or code to open the door, mind you our flight landed since 7:30am and they don’t have facility for early check in, so we waited until 3pm to be pushed around until we decided to leave and book somewhere else. My 8 and 1 year old was tired and so was I because I’m also pregnant but that didn’t matter to them. Never again will I be booking this apartment building!

Electrical service panel was buzzing loudly day and night, and A/C unit in bedroom with two beds did not function properly. Two of the guests slept in the living room with functioning A/C unit. Other than this, great view of the city.

The staff was very courteous and communication was good. We loved the view and some of the furniture was nice. However, there were roaches in the kitchen and in other parts of the apartment. The staff did try to address it but I have a feeling it is a building problem. Fumigation while the apartment is vacant, would probably be incredibly helpful. Also, there weren't many utensils and the pots and pans could use updating.

Upon arrival the first thing I noticed is the room was not to the specifications I booked , the beds in the rooms seemed not properly assembled. Since it was a family trip, things I would normally overlook easily stood out, for instance not being able to light the stove without a match or lighter that was not provided. Still did not complain, took the family grocery shopping for the missing supplies, upon arriving back to the hotel I temporarily parked in a spot closer to the elevators to unload the groceries and head back out into town to explore. Maybe an hour after leaving for the building I receive a message from the host asking me to move the vehicle and a fee will be added to my invoice for temporary stopping in a different parking spot.
