Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming! There was some construction on the property but that didn’t interfere with our trip other than seeing a bit of equipment and a small work area. Food was delicious at a nearby restaurant and the drinks at the bar in the hotel were very tasty! Will definitely return.

I chose this property as I wanted to be close to Miraflores Locks. I was not disappointed with my decision with the selection of the hotel. The property itself was very impressive, clean and well maintained. The hotel room as well as the Lobby area was very pleasing. Very friendly staff and views of Panama Canal from rooms. Unfortunately, rooms do not have balconies and windows don’t open so the experience of viewing ships in the Canal is diminished. Restaurant options limited to the on site cafe and a Spanish restaurant next door.

We booked through expedia and had to email the front desk a screenshot of our reservation, strange process and we didnt love that the pool was only open til 7pm. The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful. From front desk, dining and housekeeping. Very professional. The rooms are in excellent condition. The hotel is near 5-6 restaurants and cafes. The shopping mall 10 minutes away and the Panama Canal 5 minutes. The view from the room looks out over the Canal, as ships pass through. Bueno.
