This hotel is absolutely worth the stay. It has access to everything you need, or within walking distance. Beautiful, clean and well managed. The hot breakfast is incredible, with many options. Also restaurants for lunch or dinners. Which is nice when you don't know the area well. The staff was extremely kind and bilingual. Unfortunately, there is no airport shuttle. However, they were able to get us a taxi quite quickly that was clean and professional.

The breakfast was really good. The room had no microwave and the ac vent was dusty which caused allergies for my friends and I. The staff were really kind and helpful, housekeeping staff was amazing! The pool needs to be cleaned more regularly. The gym was ok, better ventilation would make it better. Overall a good experience! should these improvements be implemented, I'd love to return and recommend to friends.

The pool was the best, went with 7 kids and they enjoyed. For housekeeping there wasn't any hand towels or wash rags only bath towel and floor mat which we got change daily. Also got daily water, a huge + for that. Variety of buffet with different restaurant close by. Had issue with the door and key card but the staff was pompt in fixing it. This is a great place for family with kids, will recommend it

Breakfast was great every morning, and the staff was very helpful—especially when we had early excursions, providing breakfast boxes for convenience. Unfortunately, the pool staff was often rude and seemed irritated, particularly regarding towels. The room’s air conditioning wasn’t very effective, which made it uncomfortable at times. The door leading to the pool area was also broken, making it difficult to go in and out while keeping the room cool. The bathroom has a glass door, which offers little privacy if you’re sharing the room. On a positive note, housekeeping did a good job overall, although they occasionally came in while we were still asleep or napping.
