Pretty clear, some staff speak no English, AC was spot on, breakfast can improve, not fair from public transportation and the free shuttle service was a great aid in getting around to some places

The room was cleaned daily which was good. Breakfast came to your room which was unique however, the menu can be a bit more local and the coffee gets cold quickly. If you are looking for an average place to stay then this is it. I think the free shuttle service to allbrook mall and the airport are their best attractions

I didn't like anything. The property was advertised with a restaurant there was none. Continental breakfast included two hot dogs and three pieces of toasted white bread and a small cup of cold coffee. The mini bar was turned off it was hot and it was empty. The room was super hot no air conditioner on took hours to get it cooled off. The listing indicated English and Spanish speaker at the front desk only spoke Spanish no English.

The hotel has it's own transportation that takes you to albrook Mall every day. They take you there in the morning and pick you up from there late in the afternoon. That's very convenient. As there's a hospital very close by you can find food places close by where you can buy food from. The hotel also gives you for free the transportation to and from the airport depending on how many nights you stay with them. The place is small and not modernized but as I only use it to have a room to sleep I think is worth it a try. This was my second visit and I'll stay again there for sure.

It was a nice place to stay but i dont like the fact that u paying u money for a hotel room that dont have neither a microwave or fridge its not gd at all n only one pool inside n it closed at 10 but if ur short dont bother think about going in that pool u might drown

The "breakfast included" was misleading.There was no dining room where guests could go to eat breakfast. Instead, breakfast is delivered to your room with a knock on the door around 7am. Some days breakfast consisted of three slices of bread and a fried egg with coffee. Very disappointed in this aspect of my stay at Marparaiso.

Acceptable

It was acceptable, this property has a good location close from Cinta Costera, and the Santo Tomas Hospital; the Santo Tomas Metro Station is close from the hotel too. However you'll see homeless people walking around the area mainly during the night. I have to mention that the receptionists are not friendly, they work just for the payment, it is not because they like the job; a Customer Service training would be great for them.
