Panama trip.

The hotel is in a really good location. I had probably the worst room available, it was without air and somewhat damp. Good hot shower, much needed in the tropics. Security good. Overall an okay budget hotel. You pay for what you get.

Luego de hacer la reserva mi registro y llegada al lugar fue a la 1 de la madrugada el personal de recepción que estaba de mal humor fue muy cortante me dio otro precio que no cuadraba con el precio de plataforma vs hotel luego de mostrarle la reserva me indica que no tiene sistema y que solo aceptaba pago en efectivo poniéndome en una situación super incómoda por la hora de llegada, me toco retirarme a buscar otro hotel donde no tenia reserva y toco pasar una mala experiencia.

The staff were welcoming and nice but i couldn't stand the tiles in the bathroom they need use tile stripe to lift the built up on them even the stairs going to the pool need to strip too. The bar at the pool need fixing up and need some sort of entertainment so they can do better business in the future.

The room I was assigned was outdated, very thin sheets, one light, old noisy air conditioner. The staff are pleasant enough and doing their best. Unfortunately it was a last minute non-refundable option.

Clean, safe and very basic

This is not for everyone, this is as basic a hotel room you can get, BUT it is very clean, staff is great. The restaurant and bar are pretty nice. But, this is a clean, functional hotel room with no amenities many of us are used to. If you are only going to shower and sleep in in the room, this is perfect. Great location in Cuidad de Panamá. Safe area, but no frills.

La cama era relativamente cómoda. Eso estuvo bien. Las habitaciones tenían un tamaño reducido pero, no hay problema por el precio que se paga. Aprecio muchísimo lo rápida que fue la gestión de check in y check out. Fue muy eficiente. También, agradezco mucho el contenido que hay en la máquina expendedora del lobby. Me gustó mucho la variedad. El verdadero problema fueron 3. 1. El funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Este requiere mantenimiento ya que enfría muy poco, requiere limpieza, cambio de gas, etc. 2. El aseo de las habitaciones también era algo mejorable. Se llevaron los controles del aire y el televisor antes de que se realizara el check out cuando aun se iban a utilizar. 3. El ascensor estuvo fuera de servicio gran parte del hospedaje. Me gustaría volver si se hicieran los ajustes mencionados.
