Worst Property in 20 years

Upon arrival there was no hot water for 4 days. Main A/C unit was broken in living room, there was no glassware to drink from, no ice and no ice trays, filthy coffer pot, 3 plates, hole in dining room table, no furniture on balcony, no instructions for TV, NO KITCHEN Towels.
