Had a tough first night the place was packed with travelers no hot water for the first night. But the staff have been absolutely unbelievable. The room is superbly clean. I’ve never seen a single ant roach. Any kind of bug. Amazing viewing areas from the floor down from the 12th story write in the middle of everything you would need. Everyone has been amazingly patient with my horrible Spanish.

Taylor- The property was perfect. Well maintained, lovely decor, lovely rooms. I stayed in a suite for new years and it was lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel is in a perfect area. Close to everything! Malls, food, shopping, supermarkets, transportation and more. They also have airport shuttle for a small fee and the driver is great! I chose this hotel mainly because it advertised a 24/7 paid airport shuttle, which was essential since I was arriving alone at 1:30 a.m. in Panama. I emailed the hotel and called for three days to arrange the service, but never received a response and the phone was never answered. As a result, I had to take a last‑minute airport taxi and pay $60, which could have been avoided if the advertised service had been properly managed. During my stay, the ice machine was broken and remained unrepaired the entire time. The mini fridge did not cool, and the hotel was unable to provide ice, an ice bucket, or any alternative solution—even when I offered to buy my own ice. The front desk was often understaffed, leading to long wait times. I once waited over 18 minutes just to reset my room key, which stopped working twice during my stay. On the positive side, the hotel was clean, housekeeping serviced my room daily, and the housekeeping staff were very helpful—especially when assisting me with a pillow change due to my neck issues, which I truly appreciated.

This was a great stay. I loved this hotel. In a great walkable area. the room was very spacious and clean, The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The staff:front desk, cleaning service and the people in the restaurant were all great. This is a really good hotel especially for the price. I can't wait to stay here again.

The room was perfect , but some items doesn't work well, the shower handles were broken, the soap dispenser and the soap stand were loose from the wall and continuously fallen to the floor, the white towels are off white, need a better laundry The room was great, but there were some issues with the amenities.
