I am giving them a 5 start for overall because I have return and their customer service remain top knotch, staff very helpful and everyone is important to them. We just happen to get a room that had construction happening above us. We had call down to the front to the front deck and ask them to get them to stop at about 8:00pm. Sleep time for us. During the day the construction kept on going all the day long. So really there was no afternoon napping in our hotel room. The staff on the other hand were 5 stars plus.
