"The area was safe, had a beautiful time. Staff was very helpful and courteous, they really went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I would stay here again on my next trip back with the same veiw, it was very peaceful. A very special thank you to the gentlemen who beyond duty to give us a ride in the hotel bus to the mall on Friday afternoon 10/17/2025.. Im sorry I did not remeber his name but he was fabulous. "We enjoyed the balcony watching the ships and pilot boats goung in and out of the Panama Canal. The apartment was very nice. Esteban was a pleasure to work with. We paid for him to pick us up, food shop and show us around the island. We also had him drive us to the airport. He speaks excellent English and was super easy to work with. Would stay again. "
