"We arrived as scheduled on the booking and our room was already occupied by another guest regardless our advanced payment on the website. We waited 7 hours to try to get a refund because on the website was not refundable and the boss of the hotel was not answering at any calls on email send by me or the girls of the staff. This is ridiculous. I strongly suggest to don’t book this hotel. "

"This property is no longer functioning as a resort. Most things on their website are no longer available. There are no sun loungers, the food was appalling and there are no activities on offer. The pool had water but it wasn't cleaned. The woman running the place left at 7:30 in the evening so we couldn't buy any drinks after that time. We left early and asked for a refund."

"We had the best stay at Hennan Prime with excellent service from all staff from airport pick up to the hotel and vice versa. The location is a good stroll to the main beach center which allowed us to view and enjoy the white sandy beach. Food options at breakfast were excellent. We tried their nachos in one of our dinners and was far better than the Nachos at Tres Amigos that claims to be Mexican restaurant. Overall, it was an excellent stay and top-notch service. We highly recommend!"
